Guide to what information to think about before asking for a quotation

When youre looking to hire a coach, think about...

Start time - It may be better to start a little earlier to miss the peak traffic times or possibly a little later.

Pick up points -  where your group are going to meet our coach remember, the more pick ups, the longer the journey from start to finish.

Stops en-route - If youve only got a short distance to go stops may not be appropriate, but on longer journeys, look to stop for 15 minutes every couple of hours or so, just to let people stretch their legs.

Destinations - What time do they open and close- are there refreshment facilities?

Return times - Again, look to avoid peak traffic times if you can. It may be better to schedule a stop on the return journey to delay your return. Better to be sat in a refreshment area than in a traffic jam!
